Facet Fine Reviews

Fiduciary CFPs: Facet uses Certified Financial Planners who act as fiduciaries.

Comprehensive planning: Reviews consistently describe Facet as offering broad, ongoing financial planning rather than only investment management.

Flat-fee pricing: Facet charges a predictable flat fee instead of a percentage of assets, which can be useful if assets grow.

Online access: Service is delivered virtually, with messaging and web-based tools/portal access.

Strong user feedback: Customer review sites show generally positive sentiment, with many praising knowledgeable advisors and thorough guidance.

Can be expensive: Multiple reviews say Facet’s fee is high for smaller portfolios or simpler financial needs.

Limited meetings: Several sources note a cap on planning meetings or advisor access.

No in-person meetings: Facet is online-only, which is a drawback for people who want face-to-face advice.

No mobile app: At least one review notes the lack of a mobile app.

No advisor choice: Clients are matched with an advisor rather than selecting one themselves.

May be less ideal for specialized needs: Some reviews note that Facet is broad-based rather than specialty-focused.
